There is a common misconception that learning new skills can be difficult, time consuming and not a lot of fun. The latest neuro-scientific research, however, points to this idea being misplaced. The brain is extremely cognitively receptive and flexible, regardless of age or experience. Having said this, effective learning takes place when motivation, technique and learning methodology are aligned. This is the approach I take in my seminars. The right mix means an enjoyable experience and more learning in the long term. The focus is putting skills learned into practise in a way that leaves a lasting impact. To this end, I use a mix of media and variety of methodology to enable an effective, enjoyable and sustainable transfer from the seminar room to business.
